How Constant Noise Can Kill You

Posted on Tuesday, June 26th, 2012.

I just finished sitting by my meditation pools in silence for an hour. I listened to my “Impostors” banter back and forth. I realized how powerful our minds are. Usually in meditation, I put my thoughts on a leaf and let the thought float to the ground. This time, I allowed myself to eavesdrop on the “Impostors (Cast of Characters)” deciding my fate. We held hands and spoke from our Authentic Souls, healing together. What a blessing it was to be with others, sharing time together with no “Impostors” lurking around. To learn more about “Impostors”, go to

You are so cool! I don’t believe I’ve truly read writing like yours before. So great to find someone with original thoughts and a way of articulating them. This blog is one thing that should be required on the internet, someone with some originality!
