It provides you with the love and energy to offer emotional nourishment to those you come in contact with. Your Authentic Soul is a peacemaker, seeks nirvana, lives in the moment, and believes that something far bigger than yourself exists.

Q: How do you know if you’re living from your Authentic Soul?

LISA: We all have times in our lives where we come to a fork in the road. On the “easy” path, sometimes you can lie, steal or cheat, knowing you could get away with it. On the more challenging path, you do the hard work.

Your Impostors will say all kinds of things to get you to head on down that easy path. The Inner Child will say “I don’t wanna do the hard work. Don’t make me!” The Inner Narcissist might rationalize it by saying “I already know that I could do the hard work, so I don’t need to prove myself to anyone. I’ve earned this break!”

When you have the strength and integrity to do the work and take the hard path, you’ll really know that you’re living from your Authentic Soul.

Living from your Authentic Soul and ignoring your clamoring Impostors, you will have more energy to live a fulfilling life of joy, integrity and creativity!
